Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with coursework in finance/human resources or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in payroll/benefits administration.
• Experience with UKG payroll system and/or SAP is a plus but not required.
• The ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees is essential.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Position may require obtaining a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day payroll processing and timely preparation of payroll checks and deposits.
• Processes garnishment requests and employment verification related tasks.
• Manages timekeeping and ensures accurate hours and bookings in accounting system.
• Verifies HR data and new hire entries for accuracy.
• Supports 401(k) administration and other welfare benefit plans.
