Qualifications

• Proven experience as a payroll and benefits specialist processing 100+ employees.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and multi-state tax regulations.
• Strong understanding of HR operations including compensation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
• Review employee timekeeping records and audit payroll for discrepancies.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health and life insurance.

Skills

Payroll processing experience for 100+ employees

Knowledge of multi-state tax setups

Benefits administration

Proficient in ADP Workforce Now

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

2+ years of payroll and benefits experience
