Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Experience with Workday and Kronos or related system.
  • Preferred CPP or FPC certifications.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Payroll execution for multi-state employee base with FEINs on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis.
  • Maintain employee payroll records; reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports.
  • Process payroll adjustments and ensure gross-to-net accuracy.
  • Perform year-end duties and W-2 preparation.
  • Handle garnishments and off-cycle payroll processing and settlements.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS documentation; assist with system improvements.
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and escalations in a timely manner.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls; audit pay data.
  • Manage banking through third-party systems and wire/ check requests.
