Hanwha Materials Savannah LLC is hiring a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join our Midway, Georgia team. You will manage weekly and semi-monthly payroll, oversee benefit programs, and assist with the 401(k) retirement plan while partnering with HR, Finance, and external providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, HR, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce payroll system required.
• Experience processing weekly payroll for hourly manufacturing employees preferred.
• Experience supporting payroll in a multi-state payroll environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes weekly and semi-monthly payroll activities including employee maintenance transactions, compensation changes, payroll adjustments, incentive payments, deductions, garnishments, and termination pay.
• Reviews payroll data for accuracy and FLSA blended OT before payroll submission.
• Performs payroll audits and research to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Assists with year-end payroll activities and related reporting requirements.
• Assists with payroll reconciliations and payroll review activities.
