Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to own end-to-end payroll across multiple states for hourly and salaried employees, driving process improvements.

The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule with remote days, and a bonus plan, enabling you to lead benefits administration, HRIS enhancements, and compliance initiatives within a growing organization. Your work will directly impact the employee experience and Total Rewards.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Exposure to benefits administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a drive to improve processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multi-state payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees.
• Leverage HRIS systems to improve efficiency and automate payroll operations.
• Coordinate payroll tax registrations and compliance as state expansion occurs.
• Oversee leave administration including FMLA and other leaves.
• Serve as primary payroll resource, resolve discrepancies and advise employees/leaders.
• Act as the primary contact for employee benefits enrollment and administration.
• Coordinate with benefits brokers and external vendors.
• Support benefits reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
