Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of HR/payroll experience, with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2-4 years of applicable experience.
• Experience with payroll processing, benefits administration and HRIS systems.
• UltiPro experience preferred.
• High degree of accuracy and detail orientation.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing, including bonuses and pay-related items.
• Lead HRIS system projects, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
• Oversee annual open enrollment and benefit enrollment processes.
• Provide HRIS reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Deliver training on HRIS and payroll processes for new hires.
