Job summary

Swoon is partnering with a well-established organization in the Dallas area to hire a Payroll & Benefits Specialist in Farmers Branch, TX. This hybrid role includes Fridays remote and offers exposure to payroll, benefits, and HR operations.

You will oversee payroll accuracy, support benefits processes, maintain employee data, assist with reporting and audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in payroll administration, HR operations, or a similar function.
• Experience managing payroll from start to finish, including multi-state processing.
• Working knowledge of employee benefits administration.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, UKG, Paylocity, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with payroll taxes, wage and hour regulations, and payroll reconciliations.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
