SIG SAUER, Inc. seeks a Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing, timekeeping and HR data entry. This role serves as a point of contact for escalated payroll inquiries and ensures compliance with payroll policies and labor laws.

The position requires the ability to work with cross-functional teams, maintain confidentiality, and improve payroll processes. On-site work may be required at SIG SAUER locations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of payroll experience or related field.
• Strong understanding of wage and hour laws and tax withholdings.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience navigating systems for payroll processing, timekeeping and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Process payroll data into the payroll system and verify accuracy.
• Support Payroll Manager and Assistant Manager in payroll processing per policy and federal/state regulations.
• Maintain and secure payroll records and generate payroll reports as needed.
• Audit timekeeping, new hires, terminations, promotions and changes in compensation.
• Serve as first contact for employee payroll questions and resolve issues.
• Coordinate timecard approvals and resolve discrepancies with departments.
