Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is seeking a Manager, Payroll & Benefits to lead North American payroll and benefits across the United States and Canada. The role reports to the Lead, HRIS Operations and focuses on accurate, compliant payroll delivery and transformative initiatives to build a scalable payroll function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience with knowledge of U.S. and Canadian payroll operations.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing payroll teams in multi-entity, multi-region environments.
• Hands-on experience with ADP payroll platforms and payroll system implementations, testing, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll and benefits operations across the United States and Canada, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.
• Drive payroll transformation initiatives, including harmonization, system consolidation, and scalable roadmap development.
• Partner with People & Culture, Finance, HRIS, IT, payroll vendors, and benefits providers to improve payroll operations and implement automation.
• Establish strong payroll governance, compliance, and internal control frameworks in line with U.S. and Canadian legislation.
