Qcells Georgia, Inc. is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Specialist to oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration for the new entity. You will ensure accurate salary processing, deductions, and tax compliance while managing active benefits programs for all factory employees.

The role requires strong experience with payroll systems (Paycom/Paylocity) and a Bachelor's degree. You will collaborate with HR, finance, and external providers to optimize cost and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of payroll, benefits, and compensation experience.
• Experience with Paycom or Paylocity preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll and benefits function to ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Set up and manage payroll processes for the new entity.
• Maintain payroll systems, deductions, taxes, and updates for hires/terminations.
• Design and administer benefits programs for employees.
• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with external providers and auditors as needed.
