Job summary

Lone Star Analysis is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to handle payroll calculation, processing, and benefits reconciliation under the Finance Director. This back-office role supports both finance and HR with accuracy and discretion.

Responsibilities include payroll data input, time sheets review, U.S. payroll processing, and benefits enrollment support, with exposure to international payrolls and HRIS reporting. 1–2 years payroll experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of payroll processing experience
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent planning and organization skills
• Bachelor or higher not required; associates degree acceptable

Responsibilities

• Input, review, process pay data and employee changes in Time/Attendance, Payroll and HRIS
• Review time sheets, wage computation, and other information to detect payroll discrepancies
• Prepare and process U.S. payrolls using dedicated software, review international payrolls
• Reconciles payroll deposits, tax withholdings, wage garnishments, and deductions
• Transmit 401(k) match information via EDI
• Respond to audits; ensure accurate documentation
• Audit and reconcile health insurance invoices against elections
• Maintain and update stock option notifications
• Assist in managing payroll and benefits reporting
