Kontoor Brands is seeking a payroll and benefits analyst to oversee the employee cycle from wage calculations to benefits enrollment. You will analyze data, propose policy improvements and ensure compliance with country and state/province laws.

The role requires expertise in Canada payroll, benefits management and proficiency with Workday, with a focus on accurate reporting and cross-border processes for US and Canada operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Human Resources or related/analytical discipline.
• 5+ years of Canada payroll experience and 2+ years of benefits experience.
• Analytical mindset and HR/finance knowledge; advanced Excel.
• HRIS/payroll system proficiency; Workday required.
• Compliance knowledge of federal/state payroll laws and benefits regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Process employee wages with complex calculations (commissions, overtime, bonuses, short term disability payments).
• Manage tax withholdings, deductions and garnishments and audit payroll for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain payroll records and prepare reports (year-end tax forms).
• Administer and optimize employee welfare programs for US and Canada.
• Respond to payroll and benefits inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Partner with US and Canadian vendors to administer benefits and payroll.
