Job summary

LeadStack Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Accounting Automation on a 6–18 month contract in a hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ.

You will join the Payroll Automation Team within Finance and lead gathering requirements, testing, implementation and documentation of payroll processes and related interfaces affecting payroll and the general ledger. The role requires 3–5 years in payroll/finance/accounting, strong SAP Payroll experience, and proven ability to analyze, document, and test business systems

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Experience with SAP Payroll is required.
3–5 years Payroll, Finance or Accounting experience.
Experience with in-depth business systems analysis, functional design and process modeling.
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Attention to detail.
Experience with regression testing and implementation.

Responsibilities

Gathers and documents business requirements related to payroll and business activities
Analyzes information to create documentation, including BRs, process flows, test plans and scripts
Assists with testing payroll system and downstream systems
Represents the department in meetings with internal and external customers
Assists in identifying and documenting internal controls in support of auditing team
