Job summary

PTR Global in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a SAP Payroll Systems Analyst to join the Payroll Automation team within the Finance Division. This role focuses on payroll systems, business process analysis, testing, implementation, documentation, and downstream integrations affecting payroll and the general ledger.

You will gather requirements, develop process flows and test plans, support testing and implementation, and collaborate with Finance, Payroll, IT, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting/finance/business.
• Hands-on SAP Payroll experience is required.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and business systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Team: Payroll Automation – Finance Division

We are seeking a Payroll Systems / Business Analyst to support the Payroll Automation Team within the Finance Division. This role will focus on payroll systems, business process analysis, testing, implementation, documentation, and downstream integrations impacting payroll and the general ledger.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP Payroll experience is required.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and business systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

• 3–5 years of experience in Payroll, Finance, or Accounting.
• Experience with business systems analysis, functional design, process modeling, and system documentation.
• Experience with system implementation, testing, UAT, and regression testing.
• Ability to interpret and work with labor agreements.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range:

$50- $52/hr
