Job summary

The role focuses on gathering and documenting payroll requirements and ensures successful implementation of payroll systems. The candidate will lead testing efforts, analyze interfaces to the General Ledger, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training and experience.
• Experience with payroll processes and SAP Payroll is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand labor agreements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to payroll and business processes.
• Analyze information from multiple sources and translate findings into clear business and functional documentation.
• Develop and maintain documentation including BRDs, process flows, test plans, scripts and results.
• Assist with testing for payroll systems and downstream systems.
• Support system design, implementation, testing, and process improvement activities.
