Job summary

Under the Payroll Manager, you will collect timekeeping info, audit records, obtain supervisor approvals, and update employee records. A detail-oriented, reliable attitude and proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the principles and practices of payroll.
• Read and interpret documents such as company policies and procedure manuals, payroll laws, system requirements.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Computer skills to include Microsoft Office programs, HRIS, Payroll systems.
• Some knowledge of BOSS system, HRIS, and payroll systems.
• Must be detailed oriented and require minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collect and summarize timekeeping information.
• Audit time keeping records and resolves variances utilizing tools in the Time and Attendance, Payroll, and ticketing systems.
• Obtain supervisor approval of timecard discrepancies.
• Update employee payroll records as needed.
• Properly document all discrepancies within timekeeping audits.
• Track and maintain records for analytics.
• Performs other work-related tasks as required.
