The Pennsylvania State University seeks a detail-oriented Payroll Supervisor to oversee payroll operations, ensure accuracy, and lead the payroll team.
Responsibilities include:
This role involves providing excellent customer service via various communication channels and handling sensitive questions.
Minimum qualifications include an Associate’s Degree or higher plus 4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience. Experience in payroll, knowledge of payroll practices, taxes, and gross-to-net calculations are required. Familiarity with Workday is preferred.
The position offers flexible work arrangements, combining remote and on-campus work (at least two days on-site). Questions about flexible work should be directed during the interview.
A successful credit history check will be required due to fiduciary responsibilities, along with standard background checks.
