The Center for Autism and Related Disorders is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to develop and manage treatment plans for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans for patients
- Oversee the implementation of treatment protocols and provide guidance to behavior technicians
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies based on data analysis
- Conduct assessments to identify patient skills and challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to coordinate care effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
