Job summary

Blentech Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Associate II to join our HR team in Santa Rosa, CA. The role focuses on day-to-day payroll processing, maintenance of our HRIS, and handling W-2 documentation, under the HR Supervisor’s guidance.

You will serve as the primary payroll resource for internal staff, coordinate with the Accounting department, and support compensation analyses and recognition initiatives. This onsite position requires proximity to Santa Rosa.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; AA degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 3 years of dedicated payroll processing experience for 100+ employees.
• Multi-state payroll experience required; international payroll with EOR is a plus.
• UKG Ready HRIS experience required; PEO experience is a plus; MS Office & modern HRIS workflows.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day payroll processing for 100+ employees across multiple states.
• Operate UKG Ready HRIS with final approval from HR Supervisor.
• Serve as a resource for internal payroll inquiries and support staff on payroll questions.
• Collaborate with Accounting to reconcile payroll information.
• Assist with compensation analysis using Salary.com for increases, hires, and promotions.
• Coordinate staff recognition initiatives, awards, and company events.
• Handle administrative tasks including uniform inventory, business cards, and Udemy platform management.
