The ND Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is seeking a Payroll Associate responsible for ensuring accurate payroll for nearly 3,000 team members. This remote position in North Dakota involves data entry, processing wage changes, and responding to inquiries while requiring strong attention to detail and an associate's degree in Business.
Human Resources – Remote within North Dakota – Payroll Associate
ND Health and Human Services is seeking a Payroll Associate whose main responsibility is to ensure data is accurate so nearly 3,000 team members are paid correctly and on time.
Every day you will enter payroll data, respond to inquiries about pay, time and leave, as well as process new hires and exiting employees. You will verify the time and leave entries and complete leave adjustments, process wage changes and update employee information when needed.
To succeed in this position, you must be able to work independently yet become team-focused when necessary. While you appreciate the routine process, you get excited that each day brings a new challenge. You have an eagle eye for accuracy and sweat bullets when you’re late.

Location: This position may work from home anywhere in North Dakota.
