Qualifications

• 2–3 years payroll experience with HR exposure.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic formulas).
• Familiarity with payroll systems (UKG/UltiPro preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills—timely payroll submission.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll by compiling, calculating, and entering data accurately and timely.
• Maintain payroll records, including deductions, benefits, and tax information.
• Track leave, non-taxable wages, and earnings records.
• Generate payroll reports and assist with audits as needed.
• Issue paychecks and resolve discrepancies.
