The position supports month-end close, SOX controls, and collaboration with HR, benefits, and plant personnel. A BS in a business field and 5+ years of applicable experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in a business-related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in payroll, AP or accounting
• Experience with union payrolls preferred
• Experience processing 2-way and 3-way match invoices
• UKG PRO payroll processing and WFM experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; Oracle Cloud or ERP experience preferred

Aufgaben

• Timely and accurate preparation and processing of union hourly and non-union payrolls
• Accurately process 600+ invoices with 2- and 3-way match in Oracle Cloud ERP
• Prepare monthly Accounts Payable accruals
• Prepare and record journal entries and reconcile accounts
• Month end closing support and SOX documentation attention
• Assist with audits and implement process improvements
