Qualifications

• Experience with union payrolls preferred
• Experience processing 2-way and 3-way match invoices
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems (Oracle Cloud or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing for union hourly and salaried staff
• Process 2- and 3-way matched invoices in Oracle Cloud ERP
• Prepare monthly Accounts Payable accruals and reconcile accounts
• Prepare journal entries and assist month-end closing
• Support annual financial statement audits and SOX compliance
• Collaborate with HR and benefits to resolve payroll issues
