Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2-5+ years hands-on payroll processing experience, including multi-state payroll.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Perform accounts payable activities: invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, month-end support.
• Assist with month-end close related to payroll and AP; ensure compliance with policies and controls.
• Coordinate with HR on new hires, terminations, and changes affecting payroll.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and respond to employee inquiries with professionalism.

Education
