The ideal candidate will have at least three years of payroll and AP experience, knowledge of Paylocity and NetSuite, and a commitment to compliance with payroll regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in payroll and accounts payable.
• Familiarity with federal and state payroll requirements.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll using Paylocity.
• Maintain PTO/leave balances for employees.
• Handle accounts payable and vendor payments.
• Code invoices to general ledger accounts.
• Post payroll journal entries in NetSuite.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and quarterly reports.
• Identify process improvements in payroll and AP.
