Job summary

Select Milk Producers is seeking a detail-oriented payroll administrator to process payroll using HRIS, manage garnishments, and handle vendor invoicing with accuracy. The role involves maintaining open invoice files, coding invoices to GL accounts, and ensuring timely payments while supporting continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED is required.
• Accounting/Payroll experience is highly desired.
• Experience with SAP, Adobe Acrobat and HRIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Processes payroll for the Company utilizing HRIS payroll systems.
• Administers garnishments, child support, and tax levies.
• Receives and processes vendor invoices and internal check requests; maintains open files for purchase orders and invoices.
• Codes invoices with general ledger numbers and schedules payments.
• Reviews invoices weekly with Director of Accounting and prints approved checks.
• Maintains vendor files and prepares disbursement reports and journals.
• Answers vendor inquiries regarding payment status; maintains confidentiality.
