Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of payroll and accounts payable experience or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws/regulations and basic bookkeeping principles.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• High accuracy, strong organization and time-management skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll and bonus payroll using HRIS system.
• Manage payroll deductions and garnishments; administer employer HSA contributions.
• Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and management.
• Perform inventory reconciliations and investigate discrepancies; collaborate with teams.
• Assist with month-end/year-end close and annual audits.
