Job summary

The role partners with HR, Accounting, and site leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong internal controls. Bachelor-level accounting/finance and 3–5 years in payroll are required, CPP/FPC advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of progressive payroll experience in multi-state environment.
• Experience with union payroll and collective bargaining provisions required.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state, multi-entity payroll for salaried, hourly, and union populations.
• Audit records, manage benefits deductions, and respond to pay inquiries.
• Prepare payroll tax filings, W-2s, and year-end reporting with accuracy.
• Reconcile payroll to GL, support SOX controls and audits, maintain confidentiality.
