Qualifications

• 2–4 years of payroll experience with knowledge of payroll processes and compliance.

• Experience auditing payroll data and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing: Review calculations including earnings, deductions, taxes, and withholdings.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare recurring payroll reports and analyze metrics.
• Compliance & Audit: Monitor federal, state, local payroll regulations and maintain SOPs.
• Payroll Systems & Data Management: Support system testing and data integrity.
• Customer Support & Collaboration: Advise employees and managers on payroll questions.
