Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen is seeking a Payroll Processing Analyst II to join our HR Systems & Payroll team in Tucson, AZ. The role handles a wide range of payroll duties, including data input, verification, and timely transmission for multiple clients, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include updating payroll records for new hires, terminations, salary and department changes, producing quarterly tax reports, and supporting audits and census data tasks.

Qualifications

• Three years of payroll experience is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Prior experience with payroll software; knowledge of ADP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input, verify and transmit payroll data for clients.
• Update the payroll system for new hires, terminations, salary changes, department changes or any other pertinent payroll information received.
• Prepare quarterly payroll tax reports as needed.
• Complete mortgage and SUI verifications, as requested.
• Assist with workers' compensation audits, preparation of employee census data, upload retirement plan contribution data, respond to tax notices as necessary.
• Process bonus payments and other special payrolls upon request.
