Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of enterprise payroll processing experience.
• Experience with SAP and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end biweekly and monthly payroll processing for Whirlpool U.S. & Canada Payrolls via SAP.
• Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy in employee records and payroll information.
• Perform pre- and post-payroll audits, SOX compliance checks, data validation, and system reconciliations.
• Process payroll adjustments and deductions, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Provide research and support for payroll inquiries to ensure timely responses.
• Assist with system testing, upgrades, and enhancements for SAP and HRIS platforms.
• Analyze payroll data trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Prioritize competing requests to meet deadlines while supporting ad-hoc activities and projects.
• Collect, analyze, and validate payroll data for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain documentation of processes.
