Job summary

Intel is seeking a Payroll Business Analyst to support accurate, compliant payroll operations by analyzing data, resolving discrepancies, and partnering with cross-functional teams. You will drive process improvements, support system testing, and ensure timely payroll processing.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in US payroll, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Workday or ADP. This role is a hybrid/contract position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or related field or 4+ years of experience.
• 4+ years of experience in US Payroll and Payroll Accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and macros.
• Experience with payroll automation and system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and eliminate non-value-added work.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Accounting, IT to implement process improvements.
• Analyze payroll data and related transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Support system testing with detailed test plans and execution.
