Job summary

Eataly is hiring a Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate and efficient payroll across US and Canada. You will manage weekly payroll, audit data, resolve discrepancies, and generate reports, coordinating with the Dayforce Managed Team and cross-functional partners.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in payroll processing, knowledge of multi-state US and Ontario payroll, and strong Excel and analytical skills. This role reports to the Head of Payroll and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in processing payroll.
• Experience with multi-state US payroll and Canada (Ontario) payroll preferred.
• Experience with restaurant and retail payroll, including tips, preferred.
• Experience with Dayforce Payroll system preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities, with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support weekly payroll for multiple locations in the US and Canada.
• Generate and distribute payroll reports; process adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate payroll records on a weekly basis.
• Coordinate with Dayforce team to issue manual checks when needed.
• Conduct regular audits of payroll data for accuracy and integrity.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and errors.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and confidentiality requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payroll processes.
• Document payroll procedures and report required changes.
