Job summary

Talentify is seeking an experienced payroll professional in Nashville to join our team. The role requires hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView, multi-state payroll processing, and strong Excel skills to ensure accurate payroll calculations and reporting.

Ideal candidates will have 4–5 years of experience in a large, automated payroll environment serving 10,000+ employees and will demonstrate compliance knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience processing and auditing payroll.
• Experience with ADP GlobalView is required.
• Candidates should have multi-state payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of standard payroll concepts, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit multi-state payroll accurately.
• Utilize ADP GlobalView and Excel for payroll calculations and reporting.
• Screen candidates for prior hands-on ADP GlobalView use prior to submission.

Job description

Schedule: 8am to 5pm CST – Monday through Friday

Hands‑on experience using ADP Globalview is required. Exposure to or familiarity of Globalview does not count. Please screen all candidates to confirm they have used this platform prior to submitting. There will be a skills assessment over candidates' Globalview and Excel experience during interviews.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll compliance regulations
• Advanced numerical and mathematical skills to manage complex payroll calculations and ensure accuracy
• Proficiency with payroll systems and software, including ADP
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF statements, pivot tables, and statistical functions
• Strong data analysis capabilities using Excel formulas and reporting tools
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and correct formula and data errors

Systems / Tools

• Ability to effectively use multiple systems, including:
• ADP GlobalView
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Word
• PC-based applications

Requirements
