The role is hybrid, operates 8-5 CST, and emphasizes confidentiality and attention to detail in all payroll activities. 0-2 years of related experience is acceptable with a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsible for processing payroll and A/P. Initiative and assistance with ad hoc payroll issues as they arise.

Job Responsibilities

• Completes full cycle payroll processing
• Responds to employee payroll questions in an efficient manner
• Prepares payroll journal entries
• Reviews of the quarterly payroll tax reports
• Year-end processing W-2 and 1099

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field required.
• 0-2 years experience required.
