Job Description
Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Payroll Analyst for our Dallas-based shared services team. This advanced payroll position requires proficiency in payroll processing within a corporate environment. The role involves managing payroll for multiple localities, ensuring compliance with laws and internal standards, and identifying process improvements.

This is a Monday through Friday, on-site position based out of the Corporate Office in Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities

1. Proactively communicate with hotel property Finance departments to ensure timely receipt of payroll information.
2. Process payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and deductions for multiple properties, including supplemental payrolls.
3. Input court-ordered garnishments and maintain organized, confidential files.
4. Research and resolve payroll issues, analyze trends, and suggest process improvements.
5. Ensure properties adhere to Omni Payroll Standards & Processes.
6. Ensure compliance with payroll laws and practices.
7. Generate and review payroll reports, coordinate corrections.
8. Administer pay card program.
9. Complete payroll reconciliations and support audit processes.
10. Oversee W-2 processing and monitor exemption data.
11. Support quarterly and annual tax filings.
12. Perform other payroll-related functions as directed.

Qualifications

1. 3-5 years of payroll experience processing multi-state payroll, preferably in a hospitality environment.
2. Experience with payroll applications such as UltiPro, Oracle, or Kronos is highly preferred.
3. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and service skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
5. College degree preferred.
6. Excellent communication and attention to detail.
