We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Administering and processing payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Handling wage garnishments, tax levies, and other deductions in compliance with federal and state laws
• Utilizing Ultipro software to manage payroll and related processes
• Auditing payroll data for errors, discrepancies, and irregularities and taking corrective action as necessary
• Assisting with payroll-related queries from employees and management, providing excellent customer service
• Participating in payroll-related projects and initiatives, such as system upgrades or process improvements
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payroll tax laws, regulations, and best practices
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a large, complex organization
• Strong knowledge and experience with wage garnishments
• Proficiency in using Ultipro software for payroll processing
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
