Qualifications

• 3–6 years of customer experience with 1+ years in Payroll.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to guide customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey by building trust and partnership via inbound/outbound calls, email, and Zoom.
• Provide expert, reliable payroll support as the main contact for inquiries.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to speed research while maintaining accuracy and Gusto’s voice.
• Identify churn risk and deliver solutions to mitigate churn using product knowledge.
• Build relationships with admins to understand needs and anticipate issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to unblock friction and align team needs.
• Think creatively and solve problems across business areas.
