Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in payroll with tax/compliance basics across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, and live phone shifts (up to 8 hours during high volume).
• Communicate product updates to customers in a clear, engaging way.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes.
• Deepen Payroll and Tax product knowledge to resolve complex inquiries.
• Collaborate across teams to influence product development.
• Exercise flexibility during annual volume spikes with weekend overtime and PTO blackout periods.
