Job summary

ADP is hiring a Payroll Business Partner I in Tempe, AZ. You will serve as the primary client liaison for employer-level payroll concerns, primarily via phone, and provide first-level payroll guidance to keep clients compliant with federal, state, and local payroll laws.

You will educate clients on ADP products and services, propose best practices, and build trusted partnerships with stakeholders. This role rewards accuracy, proactive problem solving, and strong client communication.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of client and/or service experience is typical.
• Overtime hours may be required during peak seasons.
