The role emphasizes high-volume phone support, strong relationship building, and clear communication. Candidates with 0–1 year of client or service experience are welcome; certifications like FPC or CPP are

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of client and/or service experience.
• Overtime hours during peak seasons.
• A college degree is great but not required.
• Military experience is valued and appreciated.
• Certifications including FPC or CPP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver by using your expertise to help clients resolve time-sensitive payroll issues.
• Build relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat, aiming to exceed expectations and maintain integrity.
• Educate clients on product value and provide recommendations to leaders on best practices and training.
• Organize daily schedules to manage a high volume of inbound calls, especially during peak seasons.
