Schindler Elevator Corporation in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage Union and non-exempt payrolls weekly and semi-monthly within Global View. You will ensure accuracy, handle employee inquiries, and coordinate vacation payouts with year-end updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting or related field.
• MUST HAVE previous experience processing payrolls in SAP or Global View.
• Knowledge of state, federal, and local tax laws.
• Proven customer service skills while maintaining a confidential work environment.
• Proficient in Excel (advanced formulas), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Payroll processing experience for a multi-state employer with multiple locations.
• Experience with payroll processing and report writing systems such as ADP Global View, SAP, Concur and e-Time.
• Ability to interface with diverse groups and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for Union, non-exempt weekly and semi-monthly within Global View (GV).
• Ensure accuracy of payroll records and resolve employee inquiries.
• Coordinate Union vacation payout in January and July.
• Coordinate Expat/Inpat pay and yearly updates.
• Process expenses and payments to 3rd party vendors.
• Post general ledger entries at payroll close and reconcile payroll accounts.
• Interface with third-party payroll vendors as needed.
• Update employee records, exemptions, and bank information as required.
• Handle moderately complex issues and escalate complex ones as needed.
