Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
• Enter, maintain, and process payroll information in the system.
• Make changes to hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses, and other compensation as needed.
• Maintain paid leave, holidays, deductions, withholdings, and employee addresses.
• Analyze payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and laws.
• Ensure payroll wages, deductions, taxes, benefits, and job costing are correct.
• Issue replacement checks or direct deposits when payroll errors occur.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports for management review.
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies promptly.
