Job summary

The Wine Group in Ripon, CA seeks a Payroll Specialist to verify timesheets, process payroll, and maintain accurate records across multiple union contacts. The role supports new hires, terminations, pay rate changes, and deductions while upholding confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1+ years' experience in payroll, accounting, or related field preferred including multistate and multi-pay group payrolls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and knowledge of Dayforce HCM system preferred.
