Humareso is seeking a Payroll Administrator to oversee compliant payroll processing for domestic clientele across multiple markets. You will work closely with company leadership and HR departments to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery and to develop standard procedures for ongoing client support.

The role requires experience with payroll platforms such as ADP, Paycom, iSolved and BambooHR, and a solid understanding of PTO, paid sick days, garnishments, and deductions.

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service required.
• Experience with payroll in multi-state environments preferred.
• Familiarity with payroll platforms (ADP, Paycom, etc.) and HRIS systems recommended.

As a payroll administrator, you will be responsible for compliant oversight and input into payroll processing. This role affords you the opportunity to be hands on in various markets as a primary resource to our clientele.

Job Responsibilities

• Enter, review and ensure compliant payroll processing for domestic clientele
  
• Work closely with company leadership and/or HR departments to process payroll for various industries and geographies
  
• Create standard procedures per client for continuity of support
• Desire to and experience in various payroll platforms, such as ADP, Paycom, iSolved, BambooHR and others
  
• Practical knowledge of PTO, Paid Sick Days, as well as liens, garnishments, benefit deductions and reimbursements

Qualifications

• At least 1 year as a payroll professional
• Experience processing payroll in multi-state environment
• Able to manage compliance of all labor and tax laws, as appropriate
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or other related field, or equivalent work and/or military experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, customer service
• Experience working in various Payroll and HRIS systems
• Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
  
• Detail oriented
• Analysis and reporting skills a plus
• Ability to work under your own initiative
