Job summary

A nationwide HR service provider is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage full-cycle payroll processes and serve as the main resource for employee payroll and benefits inquiries. The ideal candidate has experience with Paylocity and a strong understanding of payroll accuracy and compliance. Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of payroll and/or benefits administration experience, ideally supporting a distributed or multi-location workforce.
• Hands-on experience with Paylocity or a similar payroll/HCM platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing full-cycle payroll within Paylocity, including time collection, deductions, adjustments, and reporting.
• Serving as the primary resource for employee payroll and benefits questions and issue resolution.
• Supporting benefits enrollment, eligibility tracking, and coordination with vendors.
• Assisting HR leadership with audits, system updates, and the rollout of improved processes and compliance practices.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of payroll and/or benefits administration experience, ideally supporting a distributed or multi-location workforce.
• Hands‑on experience with Paylocity or a similar payroll/HCM platform.
• Strong understanding of payroll accuracy, benefits workflows, and compliance fundamentals.
• A proactive, solutions‑driven approach and comfort owning processes with minimal oversight.
