The UHS Corporate Accounting Department is hiring a Payroll Administrator to process payroll for biweekly multi-entity structure.
Coordinates data provided from various departments and check processing.
Ensures accurate processing in Lawson HRIS system.
Reviews payroll reports for accuracy and adjusts, as necessary.
Resolves employee related payroll inquires and payroll issues that may arise.
Provides daily and month end financial reports to local accounting staff.
Maintains payroll related spreadsheets and keeps organized records.
Provides technical payroll support to facilities and employees.
Detail, goal oriented, and have follow-through skills.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Professionalism in dealing with all customers and ability to work with other UHS staff and/or resources is required.
Must be able to work in an office environment at the corporate office.
