The role collaborates with Corporate HR and field users to ensure compliance, optimize candidate workflows, and enable effective use of ATS, HRIS, and integration tools; ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HR systems and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years' experience in HR or Recruitment Systems.
  • Strong problem solving, communication and presentation skills; able to work independently and in a team.
  • MS Office proficiency plus HRIS/ERP experience with iCIMS, Workday or similar systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment and HR systems functionality and integration.
  • Provide training and education for field users ahead of ERP implementations.
  • Troubleshoot HR and recruitment tech issues and ensure compliance.
  • Partner with Corporate HR Operations to identify areas for recruitment improvement.

The UHS Corporate Human Resources Department is hiring a Recruitment Systems Analyst to focus on recruitment and HR systems support, process improvement strategies and training as the organization grows. This role will support Corporate and field users within the HR community. Identify key areas to focus ongoing trainings in order to keep compliance and productivity within the recruitment technology ecosystems, while designing and delivering new training content to support a new system roll-out.

Maintain and enhance the company's Recruitment and HR technology and processes. Troubleshoot functionality of HR and Recruitment related system and provide support to remedy issues. Maintain compliance and HR best practices through Recruitment systems and integrations, IE. background check vendors, referencing vendors, ATS tools, text engagement, sourcing, candidate workflow support. One of the key responsibilities is to provide support with the design and roll-out of new training education to field users in advance of an ERP implementation.

  • HR and Recruitment technology and programs; ATS, HRIS systems
  • Integrated - Candidate Experience tools. - Front End Career Sites, HR Recruitment integrated tools, referencing, CRM, Communication Tools - ATS - Email/Text Engagement
  • Knowledge - of job feeds, XML through career sites to job boards. Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Google Jobs, LinkedIn and future based job feeds TBD.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving change in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple key stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years' experience working within HR Systems or Recruitment Systems Operations.

  • Recruitment Systems and or HRIS/ERP - HCM workflow knowledge required. Specific knowledge of developing jobs preferred
  • Strong problem solving, communication and presentation skills. Well organized, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple priorities. Incumbent should be confident to work independently but also be a strong team player
  • Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in addition to HRIS experience, with Infor Lawson, Workday or other similar HR/Recruitment systems
  • Experience with iCIMS ATS - and iCIMS suite products, Workday HCM, ERP huge plus
  • Administer support, training and education of HR and recruitment technology and recruitment process improvement
  • Partners with Corporate HR Operations to identify areas for recruitment improvement
  • Assists in the management of vendor relationships
  • Maintains organization of and access to all Recruitment operations documentation
