The UHS Corporate Human Resources Department is hiring an Analyst to focus on recruitment and HR systems support, process improvement strategies and training as the organization grows. This role will support Corporate and field users within the HR community. Identify key areas to focus ongoing trainings in order to keep compliance and productivity within the recruitment technology ecosystems, while designing and delivering new training content to support a new system roll-out.
Maintain and enhance the company's Recruitment and HR technology and processes. Troubleshoot functionality of HR and Recruitment related system and provide support to remedy issues. Maintain compliance and HR best practices through Recruitment systems and integrations, IE. background check vendors, referencing vendors, ATS tools, text engagement, sourcing, candidate workflow support. One of the key responsibilities is to provide support with the design and roll-out of new training education to field users in advance of an ERP implementation.
Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years' experience working within HR Systems or Recruitment Systems Operations.
