Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Payroll Administrator to deliver accurate, timely payroll for hourly and salaried employees. You will process biweekly payroll, validate time and attendance, and maintain HRIS and payroll records for our operations.

You’ll calculate deductions, bonuses, and premiums, ensure compliance with tax and wage regulations, and prepare payroll reports for Finance and HR. You will respond to employee questions and help improve payroll processes in a collaborative, safety-focused
